Contact & lead forms

When you submit the contact form, or a form on the CRM, AI security testing, or agency partner pages, we store what you entered (name, business/agency, email, country, selected service, and message) on our server so we can follow up with you. We keep this record indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it, since it's how we track leads and past conversations. We don't sell this data. Some forms forward your submission to a third-party CRM (e.g. GoHighLevel) that we use to manage follow-up — that CRM only receives what you submitted, for the purpose of us contacting you.

Prescription OCR

When you use the Prescription OCR tool, the image you upload is sent to our AI provider for processing and is deleted from our server immediately after that single request completes — we don't keep prescription photos around, since they can contain patient-identifying information. We don't control how long our AI provider retains data on their end for abuse-prevention purposes; check their policy if that matters to you.

Lawful basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the EU/UK, we process contact and lead-form data on the basis of your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Analytics/advertising cookies (see below) are only set after you actively consent via the cookie banner.

Analytics and cookies

We always store one thing in your browser: your light/dark theme preference (`ngt-theme` in `localStorage`). On some pages, we may also run the Meta Pixel and/or Google Analytics for basic ad measurement and traffic analytics — these only load after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner; clicking "Decline", or not interacting with the banner, means they never load. You can change your mind at any time by clearing `ngt-consent` from your browser's local storage and reloading the page.

Your rights & data requests

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you at any time — including a lead-form submission, a webhook forward record, or a locally-logged entry. Contact us using the details below and we'll act on it promptly.

Security testing engagements

For AI chatbot security testing, we only test systems with written authorization from the system owner. Any data encountered during authorized testing is handled under the terms of that engagement's NDA — see How We Handle Client Data for our general practices.
